I believe your comment is rude and very ignorant. It's not that Asians don't want to speak the English language. (Don't worry they are not talking about you.)
In most cases, these Chineese woman, or in fact Vietnameese are going through school to work on their English. It takes time to learn. Some of the English words are very hard to pronounce. You have to realize that most of them just migrated to the States and the only way to make a living at the moment is to use their skills the best way they can. They are not trying to be rude. Sometimes they feel embarrassed because their English might not sound right to you. A lot of the Asians are very intimidatted by Americans. That's why they choose not to speak to you. And if this stops you from going to an Asian nail salon because of this reason, then we are better off not having rude customers like yourself

I agree with you 100% I believe if they are so mad then learn the language! Im not asian by a long shot but people should be allowed to speak whatever they want.
