Generally Pagans don't care what a person's orientation is, as long as it is not harmful to others.
Remember, Paganism is not a single religion, it is a category of religions.

As much as I know one person probably shouldn't speak for a whole religion - there are exceptions to every rule, and some Christians are accepting of homosexuality - I will answer with a resounding Yes. Pagans believe in the right to express one's sexuality, and have no doctrine which condemns homosexuality. Human sexual behavior is sacred and celebrated in paganism, no matter if it's an experience between same or opposite sex couples.

There are some Pagan sects that are not accepting of homosexuality. Asatru is a sect that I have learned more about over the past few years. Homosexuality is generally considered to be morally abhorrent in Asatru. Then again, followers of Asatru have a higher tendency than any other Pagan sect I know of to be white supremacists. So much like any other community, the Pagan community takes all types.

I have a friend who is a lesbian and is accepted and very active amongst her pagan community. I know nothing about the community or their beliefs but I would assume that homosexuals are accepted.

While I am not an expert on all Pagan sects (there are as many if not more Pagan sects than there are Christian sects), Wicca and all of the other Pagan sects that I know of are completely accepting of homosexuals.

the word 'pagan' is a generalization of many beliefs and 'religions' outside of Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism... so, I guess your question could be answered many ways.... depending on the sect or view of the pagan group...

Some are, while some are.
My experience has been that many Wiccans tend to be liberal in thought, while most Asatruar/Odinists tend to be much more conservative - so the Wiccans tend to be more accepting, while the Odinists are not - they tend to view homosexuality as "anti-family" (i.e., since it's not based around the traditional family unit).
That has been my experience - and I am dating a woman who is a Pagan, and all of her friends are Pagans.

Just like some Christians are but some aren't. There is no singular "creed" that defines paganism. But I tend to believe that, generally, pagans are more accepting of homosexuality than most other faiths, quite possibly because they themselves have been persecuted for their faith and understand what it means to be discriminated against and hated for who you are. That said, I've met people of all faiths who do NOT accept homosexuality and I've meet people of all faiths who DO accept homosexuality.
