Fact, because that is the case in some situations. There are people who DO blow all their money and COULD control whether or not they become homeless but choose not to. However, that's probably the minority.
Ignorance because they don't KNOW what it's like to lose your job to downsizing because your company wanted bigger profits and chose to outsource your job to someone in China or India who will work for pennies on the dollar compared to your salary. Ignorance because they've been fortunate enough not to have been in that kind of situation and can only make assumptions. |
