I have seen interracial porn sites that say that all white women should be totally subservient to black men (often while hubby looks on helplessly). If taken seriously, this obviously is racist. However, this kind of material can be used as the basis for fantasy without the fantasizer being a racist. At least I hope so, as I have occasionally fantasized about being a white woman who has to do everything that black men tell me to -- or being a black woman doing the bidding of white men, or about being the men in these situations. But then, I've fantasized about many things which I would consider outrageous and offensive if anyone did them in real life. Also, in real life I’m interested in members of all races, so I don’t think the porn affects me detrimentally that way.
Is the porn racist? Sometimes. Are the users? Not always. |
